Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, standard US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships.

Standard US shipping is $5.95. Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes receive complimentary standard shipping.

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.

If your package is past its estimated delivery date or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us at estherjewelgooo@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows delivered, please allow 48 hours and check with household members, neighbors, and any secure delivery areas. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us within seven days of the delivery scan, and we’ll be happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery. Pieces may be briefly tried on indoors but must be unworn beyond try-on, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and attached tags included.

Earrings are eligible for return when they are unworn and meet the same conditions. Customized pieces and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, sign in to your Freyja account using the email address associated with your order. Select the order and the piece you would like to return, tell us the reason, and submit your request. Once it has been reviewed, we’ll email you with the next steps.

For an exchange, please contact us at estherjewelgooo@gmail.com, as exchanges cannot currently be requested directly through your account.

Return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to ten additional business days for the funds to appear.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We’re sorry something went wrong. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Yes. Every order arrives beautifully packaged with its jewelry box or pouch, polishing cloth, and care card. Prices are not included inside the package, so it is ready to give—or to keep entirely for yourself.
